Overview

Vendavo CPQ can be configured to automatically login and start the Quoting process via the CPQ Launch page. The Launch page obtains key contextual parameter data along with security data to allow access to CPQ and set the current Quote context appropriately. When Vendavo CPQ is launched from an external system, the https://<<cpqorgname>>.endeavorcpq.com/launch page must be called and passed several key parameters that are listed below. The application will automatically log the user into CPQ provided there are valid required parameters being passed that match the security infrastructure setup for the Organization. Configuration settings for this custom site are stored in the web.config.

User Integration Parameters

When Vendavo CPQ is not using a CRM connector, the application is running in "Standalone Mode". In this mode, it is possible to automatically create new users if they do not exist in CPQ upon launch. To achieve this, the following parameters must be specified.
